The BHG Sales Leader of the Year 2023 is Nicky Vidalez, the Director of Market Sales in Beaverton, Oregon.
Nicky leads the sales efforts for the Element and AC Hotels in Portland Beaverton. She led in exceeding RevPAR goals at both hotels, and increasing overall market share in 2023.
While Nicky was home with her newborn son, the Beaverton General Managers (Jonovan & Marisa) accepted the award on her behalf.
