Honoring Ace Brandt and the values he lived every day
Precision AG has created the Ace Award to honor Ace Brandt and the values he lived every day. The award recognizes an individual from our Precision Ag team who consistently makes the people around them better.
It reflects Ace’s belief that leadership is not defined by title or tenure, but by impact, by showing up for others, by raising the team’s standards, and by advancing the mission beyond personal success.
Each Precision Ag manager nominated one individual whose influence stood out within their team. Those nominees were then evaluated by the entire IS organization.
This award represents the values that continue to define Brandt: investing in people, respecting the work, and building something bigger than any one individual.
